Most deliveries should arrive within 7-10 business days after your shipping confirmation email is received.

If your item arrives damaged in transit – please contact us through our contact details found at the bottom of our website and we can discuss options to rectify the situation for you.

You are not expected to examine the goods while the courier waits, however if you notice that the packaging is damaged or crushed please note it on the couriers paperwork you are asked to sign.

If your item is faulty please contact us within 3 days to obtain a return authorisation to return the item for a replacement or refund.

We do not accept returns under the following circumstances:

- You have mistreated your item resulting in damage
- Natural wear and tear caused after delivery
- Change of mind

We recommend treating spots and spills immediately with warm water and paper towel. If the stain persists, contact a professional rug cleaner as soon as possible. Do not scrub rugs as it may cause permanent pile damage. Vacuum regularly with low suction power. Avoid direct sunlight. Regularly rotate your rug to ensure even wear. Use professional rug cleaners only. Shedding of fibres from new rugs is to be expected and will reduce with time.

We also recommend a non slip underlay (also known as rug lock) always be placed under rugs. It will stop the rug slipping, create more depth underfoot and lessen wear on the rug. It also prevents the risk of dye transfer to the under surface and helps protect timber flooring.

Shedding and pilling is normal for hand made rugs containing wool. It occurs due to foot traffic, furniture movement and vacuuming. Regular vacuuming will reduce shedding faster. Any small balls of fibre can be removed with scissors or a de-piller - being very careful not to cut a strand.
