STAIN AWAY

A water-based product for removing most fresh stains, even ballpoint pen stains on microfibres or protected textiles.

FABRIC CLEANER

A specific cleaner for most fibres: natural, synthetic, blended fibres and microfibres.

RESISTANT STAIN CLEANER

A product for old or resistant stains like a marker, ballpoint pen, lipstick, make-up products, shoe polish and wax.

    This Care Kit contains products for use on all textile, microfibre and fabric articles, including car and boat seats, sofas, rugs, carpets, mattresses, drapery and clothes.

    THE 5-YEAR ULTIMATE UPHOLSTERY FABRIC WARRANTY

    The Warranty will protect your furniture's upholstery for 5 years from the day it is delivered against accidental stains and damage when the products in the kit are used as directed, and the furniture is being used for its intended purpose.

    PLEASE NOTE:
    The warranty part of the GreenGard Care Kit is only valid if the kit is purchased from the same retailer as the furniture. You can still purchase the kit from Make Your House A Home if you did not purchase furniture from us but it will only be for the care products. The warranty will not be valid.

    HOW MANY PIECES OF FURNITURE WILL THE WARRANTY COVER?

    The 5-Year Ultimate Upholstery Fabric Warranty and GreenGard Care Kit are available in 3 sizes:

    • Single Warranty: for 1 seat
    • Dual Warranty: for 2-4 seats
    • Multiple Warranty: for 5-7 seats

    WHAT'S A SEAT?

    To make it easy to include different types of furniture on the same warranty, we have developed the "seat" unit of measurement. A "seat" is equivalent to a single lounge seat.

    • LOUNGE SEATS: a "seat" equals the number of people who can sit on the furniture. For example, a single recliner = 1 seat, a three-seater sofa = 3 seats, etc.
    • DINING CHAIRS: four dining chairs are equal to one seat.

    WHAT ABOUT BEDS?

    • UPHOLSTERED BEDHEADS: Single or King Single = Single Warranty. Double, Queen, King, Super King, NZ King & California King = Dual Warranty
    • FULL UPHOLSTERED BEDS (bedhead, sides & footboard): Single or King Single = Dual Warranty. Double, Queen, King, Super King, NZ King & California King = Multiple Warranty.

    WHY IS IT CALLED THE ULTIMATE UPHOLSTERY FABRIC WARRANTY?

    We are so confident in the quality of our products that we are happy to provide a warranty with all our GreenGard Care Kits. The warranty reflects our confidence in our products' ability to keep your furniture clean and stain-free. In addition, we have extended the warranty to cover specific incidents of damage.

    WHAT'S COVERED? (When the furniture is used for its intended purpose)

    Accidental Stains water, oil & alcohol based stains are caused by:

    • All food and beverages
    • Human and pet bodily fluids
    • Cosmetics
    • Ballpoint ink
    • And most other common household substances

    Please Note: the warranty does not cover stains caused by products that are not water, oil or alcohol-based, including but not limited to nail polish, super glue and permanent markers.

    Accidental Damage Including:

    • Scuffs
    • Scratches
    • Punctures
    • Rips
    • Cigarette burns
    • ONE incident of Pet Damage (an industry exclusive)

    Please Note: claims for damage caused by pets are limited to ONE claim, and Multimaster's liability is limited to repairing a single panel of furniture. Pet damage where the damage extends through the furniture's upholstery is not covered under the warranty.

    HOW CAN WE HELP?

    Services provided under the Ultimate Upholstery Warranty may include: 

    PROFESSIONAL ADVICE & ASSISTANCE - Access to our dedicated customer service line, which is staffed by experienced customer service advisors trained and experienced in furniture care.

    HIGH-TECH STAIN REMOVAL PRODUCTS -  Our trained staff will provide you with cleaning advice and assistance, which may include specialty stain removal products if you cannot remove a stain using the products in the GreenGard Care Kit.

    HOME VISITS FROM EXPERT TECHNICIANS - In-home stain removal and repair service, including an unlimited number of service visits. If you cannot remove a stain, we will arrange for a professional cleaner to remove it. If your furniture has been damaged, we will arrange for an experienced technician to repair the damaged area.

    PRO RATA REPLACEMENT - Pro rata replacement, if your furniture can't be satisfactorily cleaned or repaired. We will replace the affected piece of upholstery. If a section of your upholstery is replaced, your warranty will still be valid for the remaining warranty period.

    All services above are provided subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty.

    Shipping

    We offer Australia Wide Delivery where service is available through our distribution partners.

    Most deliveries should arrive within 7 days after your shipping confirmation email is received.

    Return Policy

    If your item arrives damaged in transit – please contact us through our contact details found at the bottom of our website and we can discuss options to rectify the situation for you.

    You are not expected to examine the goods while the courier waits, however if you notice that the packaging is damaged or crushed please note it on the couriers paperwork you are asked to sign.

    If your item is faulty please contact us within 3 days to obtain a return authorisation to return the item for a replacement or refund.

    We do not accept returns under the following circumstances:

    - You have mistreated your item resulting in damage
    - Natural wear and tear caused after delivery
    - Change of mind
