I am thrilled with my new chair and thank you for the follow up email. The quality of the product speaks for itself. A few of my friends have them and are very pleased as l am, nothing better than friend referrals. As for the staff, we had been in a couple of times and the whole team were very helpful. Delivery times were as staff expected which was great as there is usually delays outside your control. Delivery was quick and efficient. Thank you to the whole team at Make your House a Home.

    We are really happy with our IMG Comfort Nordic 21 recliners and thrilled with the service! Came in on Tuesday and had amazing service from a Lisa. She was so helpful. Happy that our recliners arrived 2 days later🙏. Thank you Darren for also running out to the warehouse yesterday (stupid me didn’t read the fine print). I was embarrassed that I took you away from the store yet you turned up with a smile and ready to help!  A wonderful shopping experience. We will definitely return! 😄

    The Space 5300 recliner is truly awesome - the style, the colour and comfort-wise. I must admit I was a little worried before it arrived that it might be too big and bulky, especially since I was buying sight unseen. It was anything but. A most elegant addition to my living room and unlike any other recliners on the market. What made it all worth it too, was your impeccable customer service Darren. I will certainly be buying from you again. Thank you so much for all your help!
